Service Appointment Preparation

To ensure a smooth and efficient brake service, please review the following instructions before your appointment:

1. Wheel Lock Keys

If your vehicle has wheel locks, please ensure the wheel lock key is accessible for our technician. Important: If the wheel lock key is not available, we will charge $20 per wheel lock removal.


2.Accessible Keys

Please ensure the vehicle's keys are easily accessible during the appointment.If you will not be present, please inform us in advance where the keys will be located or leave them in a safe, designated spot.


3. Customer-Provided Parts

If you are providing your own parts for the repair, please double-check that the parts are correct for your vehicle.Important: If the provided parts are incorrect and the service cannot be completed, a $40 convenience fee will be added to your appointment to account for lost time and scheduling impacts.


4. Parking Location

Park your vehicle on a flat and accessible surface where our technician can safely perform the repair. If the parking location is unsuitable, it is up to the technician's discretion to move the vehicle to a more appropriate location nearby to ensure safety and service efficiency.


5. Payment Reminder

Any remaining balance for the service will be due upon completion. Please ensure you have a payment method ready.


6. Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
